A perfectly crisp summer apéritif
• 35ml Dry Gin
• 35ml Fresh Lemon Juice
• 15ml Honey Syrup
• Top up with Gosnells
To make honey syrup, mix two parts honey with one part hot water and allow to chill.
Shake gin, lemon juice and honey syrup together with ice. Pour into a chilled coupe, top with Gosnells, and garnish with citrus.Continue reading
