A bochet is mead made the old, indulgent way — caramelising honey until it becomes deep, dark and toffee-rich.

For our Damson Bochet, we layer in the bold, unmistakable flavour of British damsons. Damsons are a heritage variety of small, deep-purple plums: naturally tart, intensely fruity and famous for their vibrant colour.

The honey brings caramel, warmth and depth; the damsons bring bright acidity, dark fruit and a gorgeous ruby hue.
