A bochet is one of the oldest styles of mead, made by gently caramelising honey over heat until it turns deep amber and develops notes of toffee, toasted sugar and soft spice.

Our Traditional Bochet celebrates that method in its purest form.
Just honey, time, fermentation and patience.

Expect:
