Christmas Pudding Bochet

A bochet is mead’s ancient, indulgent cousin — made by gently caramelising honey until it’s dark, toasty and rich.

For our Christmas Pudding Bochet, we take that deep honey character and layer in raisins, orange peel, cinnamon, nutmeg and all the traditional festive spices.

The flavour is unmistakably seasonal:
