Peckham Lemonade
A perfectly crisp summer apéritif
Ingredients:
• 35ml Dry Gin
 • 35ml Fresh Lemon Juice
 • 15ml Honey Syrup
 • Top up with Gosnells 
Directions:
To make honey syrup, mix two parts honey with one part hot water and allow to chill.
Shake gin, lemon juice and honey syrup together with ice. Pour into a chilled coupe, top with Gosnells, and garnish with citrus.
