Personal note from Tom
Hi everyone,
I wanted to send a quick personal note before the rest of this email.
Over the last few years, Gosnells has grown from a tiny operation making drinks in my kitchen, into something much bigger than I ever imagined. It’s been messy at times, stressful at times, but also genuinely brilliant. A lot of that is because of the people around us; from the pubs that took a chance on us, the people who’ve bought cans from the shop, come to parties, dragged friends along to the taproom, or just quietly kept ordering Gosnells at the bar and in the last 12 months, we’ve quietly hit a turning point.
Sales are up, the energy around the brand is building and we’ve realised it’s time to start shaping Gosnells for what it could become, not just what it’s been and with that comes a bigger question;
How do we give the brand the best possible platform to grow?
We’re announcing today the closure of our Peckham brewery, we will be partnering with brilliant producers and we’ll continue putting more energy into growing the brand, the drinks and the experiences around them. It’s a little bit scary, but exciting in the way good things usually are and it’s definitely the right moment.
I’m hugely grateful for all the support that’s got us to this point, and I’m really excited about what comes next.
Tom x

A fond farewell to our Peckham brewery
Making great drinks from honey has always been at the centre of everything we do — and that part isn't changing.
We've just reached the point where our little Peckham brewery can no longer keep up with where we want to take Gosnells. It's carried us a long way. We've brewed a lot of drinks there, hosted a lot of parties, and somehow made things work in a space that was never really built for what we're becoming.
We looked at building something bigger ourselves, but the smarter move was to partner with people who already do this brilliantly. It's quicker, less risky, and means we can spend more time on what we love — new drinks, special moments, and getting Gosnells into more people's hands.
From this summer, we'll be partnering with Sandford Orchards, one of the UK's best independent cider producers.
They bring world-class production capability and expertise. We keep a very close hand on recipes, flavour and quality.
