As Gosnells has grown, one thing has become clear — we do our best work when we focus our energy proper
Over the last few months, John the Unicorn has shown us what's possible when we really get behind a venue. So we've decided not to keep running two hospitality sites ourselves.
From this summer, Big Hug Brewing will be taking over the day-to-day running of our Bermondsey taproom and making it their South London home. They make fantastic independent beer, have built a brilliant reputation, and have been looking for the right London site for a while. It felt like a natural fit from the start.
Gosnells isn't disappearing from Bermondsey though — you'll still find our drinks pouring on site alongside whatever lovely things Big Hug are brewing up.
Taken together, these changes give us more room to focus on what we love most — making brilliant drinks, throwing great parties, and creating places people genuinely want to spend time in.
This next chapter already feels exciting. Honestly, it feels like we're only just getting started. Over the next few months, expect more events, more collaborations, more strange little ideas, and plenty more Gosnells.
