Eucalyptus Mead

This mead featured as one of our "Meads of the Month", where we took a very special mead each month, either from a single hive, location, or from a single flower.

This mead was made from Eucalyptus Honey from Australia, where the predominant nectar source for the bees comes from Eucalyptus trees.

Eucalyptus honey has bold, almost menthol flavours which we've worked with to create a delicious bottle.

Our carefully crafted 7.0% ABV Eucalyptus Mead has a robust honey aroma, notes of wattle, banana bread, mango, mandarin with cucumber and maize.
