Gosnells makes sparkling, all-natural drinks from honey and we’re on a mission to take on the dusty tired UK cider market and rewild the world one pint at a time. We’ve been heads-down building our brand in the real world — launching bars, pouring at festivals, throwing parties — and now we want to amplify that energy online.
We’re looking for a part-time Brand Activations & Social Media Manager to help us show off everything we’re doing — both on the ground and on the feed.
You’ll be out in the wild with our team at events, pop-ups, and bars — pouring pints, chatting to our consumers and capturing content. Then you’ll turn it into stories, reels, and posts that help people see (and feel) what Gosnells is all about, pushing our awareness online and driving curiosity to leave people wanting to know more. This isn’t a strategy role — it’s for someone who loves being in the mix and knows how to whip out their camera and make something awesome happen.
Work alongside our trade sales and retail bar teams to coordinate content activity and get it online
You’ll support our venues in Peckham and Bermondsey as well as help with brand activations in other venues across London, pop-ups, festivals and events.
Capture content live — photos, videos, reels, vox pops, etc.
Write punchy captions and post across our social channels
Document what we’re doing in real life and amplify it online
Report into the Sales Director and feed content into the wider team
You’re already a budding content creator — or at least have the instincts of one. You know what makes a reel pop, how to write a caption people actually read, and how to catch the energy of a night out in just a few frames. You understand the algorithms of Insta & TikTok and what to do with the channels to maximise engagement.
You’re happy in a crowd and confident getting stuck in. You’re comfortable working solo or with a team. You don’t need to be polished, but you do need to care — about the story, the vibe, and the community we’re building.
If you already spend your weekends at good bars, scrolling better reels, and thinking ‘I could do that’ — then maybe you should.
£16/hour pay rate
2–3 days a week with potential to go full-time
