Gosnells makes sparkling, all-natural drinks from honey and we’re on a mission to take on the dusty, tired UK cider market and rewild the world with natural honey-based alternatives, one pint at a time. We’ve been heads-down building our drinks brand in the last few years and now we’re looking to grow even further. We’ve secured one of London’s most epic events and hospitality venues, currently operating as Peckham Riviera and we can’t wait to bring our vision of a new neighbourhood bar, kitchen and events space to life here.
We’re looking for energetic and enthusiastic Bar & Floor Crew Members to join our busy bar & kitchen in the heart of Peckham. You’ll be part of a close-knit team delivering top-notch service, great drinks, and a buzzing atmosphere for our guests.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll split your time between the bar and the floor — serving drinks, taking orders, running food, and making sure every guest leaves with a smile.
Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service
Take orders and serve drinks & food with confidence
Mix and pour drinks to a high standard (training provided if needed)
Keep the bar, floor, and service areas clean and organised
Support your teammates during busy shifts
Handle payments accurately
Maintain health & safety and licensing standards
Previous bar, restaurant experience required
A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
Good communication and teamwork skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and willing to get stuck in
Able to work evenings and weekends as part of a rota
